✦ RETURN POLICY

- Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact
- Items must be returned in their original dust bag and presentation box
- Fragrances are non-returnable once opened — for hygiene and safety reasons
- Sale items and limited editions are final sale unless faulty

1. Email us at Support@labroch.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Attach a clear photo of the item if it arrived damaged or faulty
4. Our team will arrange collection within 48 hours
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

✦ EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on bags and accessories within 14 days, subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

Footwear exchanges will be available once our shoe collection launches.

✦ REFUNDS

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items

✦ DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a complimentary return and either replace the item or issue a full refund — including the original shipping fee.
